Young Drivers - Your New Future
Young drivers should have their first exposure to driving in a safe environment.
This is not on a busy road.
Young Drivers early habits should be data informed - they should be able to see real time results on their phone
They should have "trackman" style data that they can work to improve with each outing in our AI simulators. Only when it is safe should they progress to the open road. They should be able to post their scores to tick tok and make it a competitive process to get better (=safer).
Today the "real time data" for young drivers is their mother telling them they are going too fast (see how well that improves perfromance!)
Young drivers need a mix of simulator and open road driving. They should take a simulator driving test and pass this before going to an open road test. This will improve pass rates and save driving instructors time.
Even after passing the young drivers should have an incentive to continue to improve. This is best acheived via insurance costs. Young drivers will have their score from their simulator driving test and should have the ability to practice different environments and skills where they are weak. Our simulators can be available 24/7 and in accessible areas to young drivers - schools, universities, state buildings. They can improve their driving score and get lower insurance as a result.
They could even try driving under the influence and they would get real data on the drop in perfromance - its alot safer than they way young drivers currently find out its a bad idea.
