1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Driving Simulators. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our simulator-based driving lessons and related services ("Services"). By booking or participating in any session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to participate in our simulator-based lessons.

• Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 17.

• You must be physically capable of safely operating the simulator. Please notify staff of any condition that may affect your ability to participate.

3. Services Provided

AI Driving Simulators provides non-road, fixed-position driving lessons using state-of-the-art simulators designed to replicate real-world driving conditions. These services include:

• Simulator-based driving instruction

• Basic and advanced driving scenarios

• Feedback and progress tracking

Please note: Our services do not constitute formal driving instruction required for licensing by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) in Ireland.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

a. Booking

• Bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, phone, or in person.

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

b. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to technical issues, staffing, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all staff instructions at all times.

• Treat equipment with care and respect.

• Not engage in disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.

• Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Health and Safety

Our simulators are safe for general use, but users may experience motion sensitivity, dizziness, or disorientation. If you feel unwell, please notify a staff member immediately.

We are not liable for injury or discomfort caused by ignoring safety guidelines or pre-existing medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, lesson plans, branding, and simulator technologies used during our sessions are the property of AI Driving Simulators or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, record, or reproduce any part of our sessions without prior written consent.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• While our simulators aim to realistically replicate driving conditions, they are training aids only and should not be relied upon as substitutes for on-road driving instruction.

• We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our Services except where required by Irish law.

• You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct during sessions.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, see  Privacy Policy 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
